- Please check if the network is slow outside of VDI.
- Alternatively, you may use your mobile hotspot to verify if the VDI is still lagging.
NOTE:
- Multiple users on the same network downloading/uploading huge files may congest the network traffic.
- For a smooth connection it is recommended to use a wired LAN connection.
