Step 1: At the portal log in page, click on “Can’t access your account?”
Step 2: Enter your “User ID” and characters in the picture. Click “Next”
Step 3: Select a method for verification and click “Text” to receive the OTP
Step 4: Enter new Password and click “Finish” when completed.
Password complexity:
- Minimum length of 8 chars
- Consist of minimum 1 capital and 1 number (example: Myi&8hln)
