Step 1. Browser version of VDI does not support printing. You need to switch to Citrix Workspace App version for printing.
Step 2. Select Ctrl+Alt+Del
Step 3. Sign out Citrix light version.
Step 4. Select Change Citrix Receiver
Step 5. Click Detect Receiver
Step 6. Click on Open Citrix Workspace Launcher
Step 7. Select Already installed if Citrix Workspace App is already installed. Otherwise, you may click on the checkbox to download the app.
Step 8. You'll be able to see the printers once inside Workspace app.
