Why I can't see sent mail in Sent Items when replying/sending mail from shared mailbox?

When a user send or reply to a new message from the Shared mailbox, Outlook automatically sends or replies from the sender’s account. Users will be able to find the sent emails in the Sent Items folder of their individual mailbox.
