How do you include non-Office 365 users for Team Meetings? |
You must enable the guest user function and have the user sign up for a Microsoft Live account. Alternatively, they can dial in through the toll number and conference ID provided in the meeting invite. |

How do you include Teams meeting for recurring meeting invites? |
In Outlook under New Items > Meeting, click on the Teams meeting icon in the top ribbon. Alternatively, you can do it from the Calendar function in the Teams application. |

I do not have a webcam. Can I still use Teams for conference calls? |

Can you share your screen and easily toggle between applications? |
You can “Share Desktop” in order for parties in the conference to be able to see all applications active for ease of toggling between applications (ie. Between Excel and other programmes etc). However, it is important to remember to close displayed confidential information prior to enabling the “Share Desktop” function. |

How can we improve the stability/speed of Teams? |
Having unstable connections or slow speeds (lag) in meetings are typically due to the poor connection speeds experienced elsewhere/non-conducive environments calls were taken in. If your laptop or computer is running Teams very slowly, one solution to this is to download the Teams mobile application on your smartphone and join Teams meetings via the mobile application. |

Is using Microsoft Teams a secure application for work? |
As Microsoft Teams requires a Microsoft Live account for participants outside the organisation to join meetings, this ensures that only registered users can join your Teams meetings and share information. |
