1. Click on Settings and Advanced Settings.
2. Navigate to Settings > Customizations > Customize the System.
3. Click on the entities and search for the entity e.g. Volunteer Approval Entity.
4. Click on the forms and Open the Main Form.
5. Adjust the forms as per user requirement.
